SO, WHAT IS THE JOB ALL ABOUT?

  • Overseeing a caseload w / 3 homes w / approximately 2-3 clients in each home.
  • Preferred qualifications include certifications such as L1MA, FA / CPR, & CPI. UCP will provide obtaining certifications (if needed).
  • Applicants will need to exhibit a vibrant, outgoing personality and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Familiarity with technology systems, including Relias, QuickMar, Set-Works, Microsoft 365, and ADP, is beneficial.
  • This role involves a commitment of a minimum of 40 hours per week SHIFTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON CLIENT NEED.
  • Flexibility is essential , as the position requires on-call availability for assigned sites & participation in an on-call rotation.
  • Additionally, candidates must be prepared to cover open shifts as needed, with scheduling subject to change based on staffing and client requirements.
  • UCP & state requires a clean driving record & reliable transportation with minimum liability insurance. (MVR Background check will be performed)
  • Must be willing to participate in frequent team meetings or calls.
  • Maintain professional relationships with consumers, coworkers, guardians, & other UCP personnel.
  • Will interact with family often.
  • Assist with ADL’s, including toileting and bathing.
  • Lift and Transfer (includes use of gait belt, wheelchair, Hoyer, etc); adaptive transportation.
  • Administer medications per physician’s orders and agency policy / procedure, shift documentation using Set-Works, and general housekeeping.
  • CNA preferred, but not required

    • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

    THIS IS AN EXEMPT, FULL TIME POSITION : $55,000 to $61,500 Annually
