Summary : Under general supervision, this role completes a variety of clerical / administrative activities supporting company-wide disbursement processing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Invoice Identification
• Routing invoices to the correct Simplot Approver & Location
• Researching Invoice and Vendor history and payment methods
• Matching and processing purchase orders to the correct receipts for payment

Typical Education : High school diploma / GED required; Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.

Relevant Experience : 3+ years related experience and / or training.

Required Certifications : None.
