Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A and Strategy Manager to join our Finance team. This individual will play a key role in shaping our company's financial trajectory through ownership of our financial model, partnership with functional teams, and strategic planning support. The ideal candidate combines deep financial acumen with strong business judgment and the ability to influence decisions across the organization. This position is onsite at our Oakland, CA headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting - Own and maintain the company's 3-statement financial model, incorporating actuals, forecasts, and scenario planning to guide executive decision-making.
• Business Partnering & Budget Management - Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, and Capital Projects teams to develop annual budgets and lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis.
• Executive & Board Reporting - Prepare regular reporting packages and ad hoc analysis for the executive team and board of directors, delivering insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Revenue Forecasting & S&OP Alignment - Work with Revenue and Corporate Development teams to develop accurate revenue and SKU-level forecasts as part of the monthly S&OP process; partner with Operations to align forecasts with production and supply chain planning.
• Strategic Planning Support - Contribute to long-term strategic planning efforts, including market sizing, scenario analysis, capital investment evaluation, and organizational scaling.
• Pricing & Profitability Analysis - Support pricing strategy and margin optimization by analyzing customer, product, and channel profitability. Identify opportunities to improve pricing structure and financial performance.

Salary Range / EEO

The annual salary for this role is between $130K to $150K plus immediate participation in our benefits program (health, dental, 401k, and many others), a generous paid time off policy, and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. All employees are owners of Voyage Foods and receive an equity grant as part of their total package.
