Key Responsibilities :

• Manages and directs the technical service department and responsible for programs to meet organizational needs
• Maintains and reports on KPIs to the VP. Assists in the identification of appropriate KPI for tracking efficiency and efficacy of technical service activities.
• Develops and implements technical service procedures (particularly as they relate to our ISO certifications)
• Ensures the quality of data, reports, responses provided by the department
• Ensures that work is completed on time and within budget
• Keeps updated with competitive technologies and movements of industry as a whole
• Communicates with sales managers to prioritize project work
• Other duties as assigned by the VP
• Participates in project work as required
• Complete all safety and application training
