We are currently searching for a talented Senior Information Management Specialist with Secret Clearance in Dahlgren VA.

About the Job

CALNET has a need for a Senior Information Management Specialist to assist with a IT Services Management Contract with NSWC in Dahlgren VA. Work in a broad-base Automatic Data Processing (ADP) services environment. The Senior Information Management Specialist position provides comprehensive information management oversight for NSWCDD IT systems ensuring the effective organization control security and accessibility of data and information assets. The Senior Information Management Specialist develops and maintains Navy-compliant information governance practices while supporting IT program execution data lifecycle management and cybersecurity alignment with DoD and NAVSEA this position you will

Manage and oversee information management systems processes and documentation for NSWCDD IT programs.

Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) Navy and NSWCDD information management policies standards and best practices.

Develop implement and maintain processes for document control records retention and data lifecycle management.

Support digital transformation and data modernization initiatives including migration to cloud and enterprise content management platforms.

Collaborate with IT cybersecurity and program leadership to ensure alignment between information management practices and RMF controls.

Monitor and audit information management processes for accuracy integrity and compliance.

Coordinate information sharing between internal stakeholders and external partners while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Support knowledge management initiatives to ensure accessibility of key program and operational documentation.

Assist in the development of information management training materials and user guidance documentation.

Participate in working groups and governance boards related to IT data and content management.

This position requires Six (6) years of professional experience in a broad-base Automatic Data Processing (ADP) services environment Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Waypoints Learning Management System Total Workforce Management Services Human Resources Port and online reservations. Works independently may supervise / manage junior Information Management specialist(s).

This position is required to be designated as IAM III level (CISM or CISSP or CCISO) with a Secret Clearance.

Job Requirements

• 6 years of Professional experience in the DoD or Navy Information Technology (IT)
• Bachelors Degree
• Secret or Top-Secret Clearance
