job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMinimum of 2 years of experience with toddler children in a daycare setting. Associate Degree in Education or current CDA certification (Preferred). Strong understanding of child development and toddler educational methods. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Bilingual English & Spanish preferred. Able to lift up to 45 pounds multiple times per day. Willingness to submit to background checks. CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogen certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Available to work full-time, including as late as 5 : 30 pm (Depending on work shift assigned). Ensure children’s safety and well-being. Implement curriculum with creativity and innovation. Serve as a positive role model. Foster social and emotional development. Maintain a clean and nurturing environment. Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and delegate tasks. Create engaging lesson plans and track progress.
