Pay Range :  $17.50 – $18.00 per hour DOE!

Position Overview :

The Label Inspector rewinds, inspects, and packages labels to meet customer specifications while ensuring compliance with all internal standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Inspect labels for defects (e.g., incorrect information, color inaccuracies, count) and ensure corrections.

Verify job details for accuracy.

Complete shipping documentation after successful inspections.

Clean machines and parts used in label production.

Maintain workstations and machines.

Perform pre-run and end-run evaluations, completing required paperwork.

Conduct label count verification.

Qualifications :

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.

Familiarity with machines, tools, and computers, including repair and maintenance.

Mathematical skills for measurement and logic applications.

Effective customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Ability to train, instruct, and measure performance.

Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and acute depth perception.

Ability to identify colors and handle a strobe light (no light sensitivity issues).

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Requirements :

Pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing and  train for one month on 1st shift!
