Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients through consultative selling
  • Identify insurance solutions tailored to client needs (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
  • Provide exceptional service to retain and grow your book of business
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements

  • Currently hold or willing to obtain any of the following licenses : Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, Life & Health or life
  • Self Motivated, You thrive in a goal-driven environment and take ownership of your success
  • People-Oriented, Building trust and lasting relationships comes naturally to you
  • Coachable & Growth-Minded, You're eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
