Temporary-to-Hire Title Paralegal

Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking a paralegal to join a law firm on a temporary to hire basis for an undetermined amount of time. The ideal candidate will possess experience with :

Proofreading and formatting title opinions.

Creating schedules or tabulations based upon abstract instruments and information therein.

Preparing ownership Excel spreadsheets.

Researching and obtaining recorded documents.

Assisting attorneys with various tasks related to title curative, reviewing, filing, and following up on client correspondences.

Researching case law or statutes related to title matters.

Researching and retrieving probate records

Excellent proofreading skills

Microsoft Word Styles and Microsoft Excel

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to take direction and work independently.

Relevant work experience in real estate, title insurance, or a law firm.

Salary range is $65,000 – $85,000 depending on experience.
