Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing :

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent using various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing clear communication and support from application to placement.

Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate and client data effectively.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through outreach and networking.
