EY's Procurement practice is growing and seeking to enhance its procurement transformation practice' capability with someone who fits our high quality, teaming, and collaborative culture. As a Procurement Operating Model Transformation Manager, you will lead and deliver end-to-end procurement transformation engagements for clients across industries. The role focuses on reviewing the client's current state challenges, bringing in leading practices for discussions across people, processes, technology and data lenses. Enabling the leaders of procurement at client to define strategic transformation roadmaps, optimizing source-to-pay operations, deploying digital procurement solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you'll help clients elevate procurement's impactfrom cost savings to enterprise value creation.

Typical responsibilities to include :

• Design and execute procurement transformation programs spanning strategy, process, digital, and operating model dimensions.
• Lead cross-functional client teams to assess current maturity and define future-state procurement models.
• Leverage benchmarking data to evaluate maturity and drive strategic roadmap development.
• Develop robust business cases and track value realization (cost savings, efficiency gains, supplier innovation).
• Manage engagement economics, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outputs.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
