Director Product Management Digital Banking Transition Platforms

The Director Product Management Digital Banking Transition Platforms will be responsible for the general management of a suite of products in our Digital Banking business that are in the process of being upgraded and transitioned to our modern digital banking solution (XD) . This leader will oversee the successful maintenance of these products as well as design the migration plan and communication with clients to upgrade clients . They will be responsible for delivering against the P&L plan for the business and developing the appropriate market strategy to optimize client experience and benefit to Fiserv.

Responsibilities / Expectations :

Meet / exceed revenue targets

Align team to key initiatives and priorities assess talent and organize as appropriate .

Work closely with matrixed partners to ensure client satisfaction implementation velocity of XD prerequisites and service MTTR

Closely collaborate with Implementations to reduce backlog and improve implementation satisfaction related to the early install of XD prerequisites like Notifi SecureNow etc.

Work with Service team to align on appropriate support model and reduce burden on product team

Support sales and relationship teams with the communication of our upgrade strategy to these clients and manage the successful migration and sunset of products in this suite.

Manage the integration mapping of transition platforms to XD platform . Supporting the XD team with the analysis and planning of migrating clients with unique 3 rd party solution or replacing the solutions as part of migrations.

Work closely with development team to address product maintenance alignment to enterprise cyber standards and reduce overall costs to support.

The Director Product Management will be a key leader on the Digital Banking team and will be expected to participate in management meetings strategy sessions etc. as well as contribute their thought leadership to make the team better.

Qualifications / Skills :

3-5 years experience working with digital banking or like products . Fiserv experi ence a plus!

Experience in product management or related field . Knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing framework with particular attention to sunsetting product discipline.

Strong client communication and interaction skills

Ability to work closely with client facing teams and clients ability to participate in client sales presentations client events etc.

Knowledge of retail banking a plus
