Job Description :
InGenesis is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with our client. In this role, you will provide direct behavioral and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring psychiatric or behavioral challenges in residences and community settings. Under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT implements applied behavior analysis (ABA)-based programs, individualized behavior plans, and skill acquisition strategies. This role ensures a safe, therapeutic environment that promotes dignity, rights, and well-being. RBTs are mandated reporters of observed or suspected abuse or neglect.
