Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Educator | $85 / hour | Full-Time Contract | Brooklyn & Manhattan, NY

Location :  Brooklyn & Manhattan, NY

Pay Rate :  $85 / per hour (based on experience)

Schedule :  Monday–Friday | 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM | 8-hour shifts | 40 hours per week

Job Type :  Full-Time | 13-Week Contract

Setting :  Hospital Education / Clinical Training

Overview :

A leading New York City hospital system is seeking experienced  Registered Nurses (RNs)  for  Nurse Educator  roles in  Brooklyn and Manhattan . These full-time contract positions are ideal for skilled nurses with strong clinical experience who are passionate about education, mentorship, and advancing nursing practice across diverse hospital settings.

As a Nurse Educator, you’ll play a key role in guiding and developing nursing staff, promoting evidence-based care, and fostering professional growth throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and lead staff education, training, and competency programs
• Provide clinical instruction, mentorship, and support for nursing teams
• Coordinate orientation and ongoing education for new and existing staff
• Collaborate with leadership to assess educational needs and improve clinical outcomes
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and accreditation standards
• Promote a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement
