Your Role on the Team

Position Summary :

The Unit Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and performing a broad range of clerical support functions in the nursing unit. Specific duties include performing reception functions. collecting and compiling patient data. assembling medical records. and assisting with patient admission / discharge. Performs routine patient care functions as needed and will perform other related duties as required.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required Qualifications :

• Prior work administrative / clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current BLS certification upon hire (must be issued by the AHA)
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
