Contract Specialist Strategic Sourcing

Position Information :

The Contract Specialist is responsible for analyzing major contracts for supplies equipment and services. Prepares contract analysis of WakeMed's GPO contracts of Regional Alliance contracts and of local and custom contracts. Processes and procures capital requests and contracts associated with such purchases. Serves as a back-up for all other Contract Specialists.

Experience Requirements :

3 Years Related Position Experience Required - With Bachelor's Degree Or 5 Years Related Position Experience Required - With Associate's Degree Or 7 Years Related Position Experience Required - With High School Diploma In Healthcare Preferred

Bachelor's Degree Management Or Communication Or Related Field Preferred - Or Associate's Degree Management Or Communication Or Related Field Preferred - Or High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - With Equivalent Experience

Licensure / Certification Requirements :

Certified Purchasing Professional Or Certified Supply Chain Professional Preferred
