What you will experience in this position :

At nVent / Trachte we offer an outstanding opportunity for a Materials Clerk in Oregon, WI. Your role will be pivotal in advancing our world-class operations! You will coordinate all electrical and structural material movement within various locations, ensuring flawless execution of tasks and maintaining strict cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities Include :

• Retrieve and stage materials for jobs, returns, and / or service.
• Unloads incoming materials using 3 way match, and stores in proper locations.
• Receipts incoming material into ERP system.
• Submits required documentation to Accounting.
• Conducts cycle counts.
• Coordinates with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Initiates purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory of all stock materials, shop supplies, etc. on a daily basis.
• Keeps material and receiving areas neat and orderly.
• Operating various forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Building crates for service and warranty as needed.
• Organizes material
• Assisting in other duties as assigned.
