We are currently looking for experienced Per Diem Physical Therapists who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations in the East San Fernando Valley and San Gabriel Valley, including :

• Glendale
• La Crescenta
• La Canada Flintridge
• Pasadena
• Burbank
• Monrovia
• Arcadia
• Pasadena
• Sunland
• Sun Valley
• San Marino
• Eagle Rock
• Tujunga
• Other Cities within the East San Fernando Valley and San Gabriel Valley areas

This is primarily acute orthopedic and cardiac rehab provided in our patients' homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.
