We are currently looking for a Project Estimator to join our team. This is a full-time position for our headquarters in Pittsburgh.

Job Description :

  • Provide accurate and efficient cost estimates for prospective projects.
  • Analyze and interrupt drawings.
  • Prepare estimated material lists, takeoff drawings and a quotation based on the information provided.
  • Analyze the project requirements and determine the application of the product.
  • Determine all materials and services needed for the project and apply the correct cost.
  • Using good time management, complete tasks within due dates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualities :

  • Prior knowledge from job experience or education
  • Must be able to pass drug screening
  • Working knowledge of general computer use (Email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
  • Dependable and able to complete time sensitive tasks daily.
  • Comfortable with math and calculations
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Architectual / Structural Drawings essential.
  • Experience with BlueBeam a plus.
