Mock Code Educator

Our Mock Code Operations department plays a critical role in ensuring that every MD Anderson team member is prepared to respond confidently and effectively in life-threatening situations. Through hands-on simulation and continuous improvement, this department strengthens the institutions emergency response culturehelping to safeguard patients, visitors, and staff across all hospital and Houston Area Locations. The Mock Code Educator supports this mission by planning, coordinating, and evaluating mock code training programs designed to enhance staff readiness during medical emergencies. This role partners with clinical leaders to develop and facilitate realistic simulations, analyze data from mock codes and real events, and implement targeted education to improve outcomes.
