Role Description :

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations within our Orlando, FL facility. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of machinery and equipment, supervising maintenance technicians, scheduling and overseeing maintenance activities, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting consistent production flow. This role is critical to maintaining operational reliability and safety across the facility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and workflows
• Schedule, assign, and supervise maintenance activities and team members
• Perform routine inspections on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Minimize equipment downtime to support continuous production
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to address equipment needs
