About the Role

We are hiring a  Field Support Specialist  on behalf of a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services. This organization supports a wide range of industries including food, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing. The Field Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting technical sales and field service operations across North America, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency between field teams and internal stakeholders.

Job Description

As a Field Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day support to the Field Services team, helping drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This highly interactive role involves frequent communication with field technicians, service managers, and operations leaders. You’ll be responsible for managing data, coordinating service activities, and supporting CRM and SAP systems to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and operational support to field service teams across North America
• Serve as a liaison between field technicians and internal departments
• Utilize CRM and SAP systems to manage service records and customer data
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers to resolve service-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for service activities
• Support onboarding and training of new field team members as needed
