Must-Have : Own transportation, Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster

Job Description :

• Seeking a Home Health RN for East Portland and surrounding areas.
• Start as soon as possible.
• Expected to visit up to six patients per day, with 30 productivity points standard.
• No weekend or on-call requirements.
• Not required to float between units.
• Locals accepted within a 50-75 mile radius, at the same rate.
• Facility groups clients effectively to minimize driving time, with occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles or 60-90 minutes total drive time per day.
• Attire is business casual, no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required.
• Charting is done using EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover app.
• Mileage reimbursement provided according to IRS standard.
• Orientation includes 40 hours.
• Flu vaccine status unknown.
• Low submittals and multiple tier compliance details apply.
• Monthly cell phone reimbursement policy in place if a device is not provided.
• Pre-start and annual modules required, with time self-reported.
