This role standardizes preventive maintenance programs, ensures consistent regulatory compliance, leads capital planning and project execution, and develops high-performing site maintenance teams to deliver safe, reliable, and attractive living environments for residents, staff, and visitorsRequirements for a Regional Director of Maintenance with Phoebe Allentown : The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.7+ years progressive facilities / maintenance leadership experience, including multi-site or regional oversight. (Senior living / healthcare strongly preferred.) Demonstrated knowledge of building systems : HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety / fire systems, elevators, generators, kitchen / laundry equipment, grounds / irrigation.Working knowledge of NFPA Life Safety Code, OSHA, CMS / state survey processes, and healthcare / senior housing compliance.Strong project management and capital planning experience.Proficiency with CMMS / work order systems and budget tools.Valid driver’s license; ability to travel routinely between campuses. Candidates who excel are those who can thrive in a positive and respectful Customer Driven Culture while embodying the organization’s Faith in Action Mission, Vision, and Values.
