Consumer Access Specialist

A company is looking for a Consumer Access Specialist to ensure proper patient registration and support services.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure patients are registered for all service lines and perform eligibility verification

Maintain communication with clinical partners and provide exemplary service to customers

Handle PBX coverage and support as needed, including answering calls and managing patient data collection

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent required

Preferred : 1 year of relevant healthcare experience

Preferred : 1 year of customer service experience

Preferred : 1 year of direct Patient Access experience

Associate's degree preferred
