• Drive Quality Engineering across Organization
• Align Quality Strategies with Organizational Vision
• Advance product quality via testing innovations and process improvement
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
• Govern and advice on analysis, optimization, improvement of test automation suites / framework
• Facilitate POC for New Tools & Technologies
• Accelerate test development process for continuous improvement
• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
• Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
• Influence and communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with various Stakeholder for DevOps Implementation
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on Quality Roadmap

• Thought leadership, consultation, mentoring & guidance for test automation across organization
• Coaching Product Owners / BAs, Architects & Developers in designing testable applications
• Coaching and facilitating enterprise / program automation strategies
• Coach and mentors QA Manager / Technical Leads to improve technical ability and effectiveness
• Leads others to solve complex problems
• Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
• Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives
• Work is guided by functional policies Knowledge :
• Requires specialized depth and / or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
• Interprets internal / external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
• Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view Experience :
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and / or complexity
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• B.E / B.Tech Graduate or University degree and / or relevant proven work experience
• Quality Engineering Certifications (not mandatory, but good to have) : DevOps, SAFe Agilist, ITILSalary Range : $114,700 - 194,900 USD
• Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
