Position Summary

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field (foreign equivalent accepted), and at least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a related position. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated expertise in GAP analysis, custom interface design, preparing functional and technical documentation, collaborating with business users, and coordinating across teams to deliver tailored solutions.

This position offers the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. , with limited travel (1–2 times per month) to client sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a global Oracle project delivery team.

Develop and implement best practices and methodologies to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery.

Oversee the full project lifecycle—from initiation to completion—ensuring measurable impact and customer value.

Conduct project delivery reviews, mentor team members, and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.

Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services and solutions.

Analyze customer business and technical requirements to architect scalable, effective IT solutions.

Develop implementation strategies, detailed project plans, and deliverables in collaboration with client stakeholders.

Create business cases, perform ROI analyses, and develop capital budgets to support recommendations and guide client decisions.

Support the accounting team with project billing and invoicing to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field (foreign equivalent accepted).

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a related role.

Proven experience in :

GAP analysis

Custom interface design

Preparing functional and technical documentation

Collaborating with business users

Cross-team coordination to design and refine tailored solutions
