Make a Difference

At Community, our Recruiters are responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating internal and external candidates. The Recruiter is the central point of contact between candidates and the network throughout the recruitment and on-boarding processes. This Recruiter is a member of the Leadership Recruitment team influencing operational excellence, quality care, and culture. The recruiter also :

• Manages the full recruiting lifecycle from initial approval through extending offers
• Manages unique sourcing strategies for each opportunity
• Maintains all documentation in appropriate tracking systems and assists in the tracking and development of recruitment-related metrics and reports when needed
• Maintains internal and external job postings, job boards, websites, social media platforms etc. to ensure all active postings are appropriately marketed
• Participates in recruiting events
• Seeks out recruiting trends and best practices

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
