As a Regional Recruiter you will :

Work with a high volume of candidates

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing virtual interviews

Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer on request of the hiring manager

Manage onboarding and new hire process

Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Recruiting to retain and attract better quality talent to decrease turnover and increase retention

Strategize with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs for each role

Develop creative recruiting strategies to identify talent

Train and develop hiring managers on recruiting best practices

Manage background check and drug testing process and results

Periodically create and send reports

What we're looking for in you :

High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve

Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Comfortable making decisions independently

Able to work independently and collaboratively

Demonstrated history of attention to detail

Able to plan tasks, organize responsibilities

Successful completion of recruiter training period
