Inventory Parts Analyst

As the Parts Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our team by working directly with customers to understand and fulfill their parts requirements.

Responsibilities include forecasting demand, managing inventory, ordering and receiving parts, negotiating pricing, and coordinating lead times and deliveries.

Previous inventory experience in the component industry is highly relevant.

This is an onsite role based in Jacksonville, Florida, working standard business hours.

Responsibilities Work with customers to understand needs and deliver exceptional service Respond to internal and external customer requests within established timelines Engage vendors and obtain a minimum of two quotes to secure best pricing Complete transaction paperwork promptly Support customers with technical information and resources Maintain inventory control, including :

• Collecting and printing stock location orders Performing daily cycle counts Replenishing warehouse and truck inventories Conducting annual physical inventory Generate invoices within one business day of sale completion Provide internal support to various departments by assisting in identifying required parts and support the follow-up on past due accounts Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction Process warranty claims in a timely manner Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of prior inventory experience Prior ERP software experience preferred (Salesforce, Netsuite, or similar) High school diploma At Thermal Tech Inc, our core values—Customer Driven & Focused, Respect for People and Policy, and Doing the Right Thing—define who we are and guide everything we do.
