Process Technician - Filling (Night Shift)

• Overview :

The first of Lilly's new manufacturing plant network is in Durham, North Carolina. The site is dedicated to the production of incretin products. The manufacturing plant consists of formulation, filling, inspection, device assembly, and packaging operations.

Filling Technician is responsible for the safe and compliant daily execution of filling activities to produce pre-filled syringes. The Filling Technician is expected to model current Good Manufacturing Practices and to work with a team to ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role will require flexibility to support multiple filling lines with a changing team dynamic. The roles will also support PFS9 isolator start up.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$17.30 - $34.38

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
