The SI Partner Manager is a strategic leader responsible for establishing and growing partnerships with Constructor's Systems Integrator (SI) ecosystem. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing key relationships with SIs, agencies, and digital marketing firms to drive revenue and expand market reach. A successful candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of the ecommerce implementation landscape and SI business models. This individual will be instrumental in enabling successful client deployments, fostering collaborative engagements, and contributing to the company's overall growth through SI partnerships.

About the Position

• Maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce Systems Integrator landscape.
• Identify and execute go-to-market strategies with SI partners.
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships within the Systems Integrator ecosystem.
• Identify, develop, and manage key executive relationships to drive successful client implementations.
• Own the onboarding, activation, and development of partners.
• Contribute to the company's overall growth by achieving strategic partnership goals, including partner-sourced and influenced revenue, and successful client deployments.
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills specific to managing SI relationships.
• Work effectively across internal teams and lead through influence with SI partners.
