Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution. Configure and maintain system integrations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. 5 years of experience in utility operations and related applications. Demonstrated experience with utility operations applications. Proficiency with database management and SQL. Proven track record in technical problem solving. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
