A Compliance Analyst ensures that EZCORP's operations and procedures meet government and industry compliance standards. This role will monitor controls for internal compliance with regulations and company policies and communicate requirements to stakeholders and compliance leadership. This role performs various other duties such as data management, issue resolution, and documentation audits.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

• Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of internal controls effectiveness.
• Communicates issues identified with internal compliance related policies and guidelines to management and designated departments.
