The RN Resident is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment, aligned with state and specialty nursing standards. Collaborating with healthcare providers, the RN Resident will offer individualized and compassionate care using established nursing practices such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. Advocacy for patients, families, and caregivers is a key aspect of this role.
