Job Summary :

As a Cleaning Technician with Image One Facility Solutions you will play a vital role in maintaining clean safe and healthy environments for our clients. You will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties in commercial office and industrial facilities ensuring all spaces meet Image Ones high standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and common areas.
• Refill and maintain cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers carpet extractors and auto-scrubbers (training provided if needed).
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals according to established standards.
• Report maintenance issues safety hazards or supply needs to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude with clients and coworkers.
• Adhere to Image Ones policies values and brand standards.
