We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist in Seattle, WA. This position will provide excellent administrative and operational support within assigned business unit, with a focus on process improvement and project / task leadership. Additional responsibilities may include :

What You Need To Succeed At McKinstry

Highly proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePointand Outlook required. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio preferred. Experience in architecture, engineering, construction or other professional services industrypreferred. Experience providing business support in a large organization or multi-office environmentstrongly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 $36.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
