Compensation : $105,000 $112,000 annually

As Dean of Nursing & Nurse Administrator, you will serve as the academic and administrative leader for the nursing program at your campus, overseeing faculty development, curriculum integrity, and student success while ensuring compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.

What You ll Do

In this role, you will :

Provide strategic leadership to the nursing program, ensuring student outcomes, NCLEX pass rates, and program completion goals are consistently met.

Recruit, hire, mentor, and support nursing faculty and Associate Deans, cultivating a collaborative, high-performing academic team.

Oversee curriculum delivery, faculty onboarding, and classroom / clinical quality to align with best practices and accreditation standards.

Establish and maintain clinical partnerships, ensuring students receive exceptional real-world experiences in compliance with Board of Nursing and accreditation requirements.

Monitor program performance metrics and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.

Serve as a visible leader and ambassador, actively engaging with students, faculty, staff, and community partners.

Foster an inclusive, student-centered environment that promotes engagement, retention, and success.

What We re Looking For

Education & Licensure : Master s degree in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctorate preferred. Active, unencumbered RN license in Illinois.

Experience : At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a nursing program within the last 5 years. 3 5 years of leadership / management experienc
