Title :  Project Coordinator (mid-level)

Location :  Brooklyn Park, MN | Hybrid

Assignment Length :  12 months

Compensation :  $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Industry :  Retail

We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Coordinator to support a dynamic technology infrastructure team based in Brooklyn Park. This role plays a key part in the planning and execution of hardware installation projects across corporate headquarters, distribution centers, and retail stores. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Project Coordination & Administration

• Document project requirements for infrastructure installations.
• Track project intake details including timelines, deliverables, and scope changes.
• Liaise with technology stakeholders to gather documentation and project inputs.
