Director Of Emergency Services

A leading regional hospital in Central Kentucky is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to oversee operations and clinical excellence within a high-volume Emergency Department. This is a full-time leadership opportunity in a 170+ bed Magnet-designated hospital known for its exceptional patient care, engaged leadership, and commitment to clinical advancement.

Shift Details

  • Full-time, Days No Weekends
  • On-site leadership position overseeing Emergency Department operations
  • Collaborates with senior administration and physician leadership

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Up to $15,000 relocation assistance available
  • Annual incentive bonus ranging from 17.5% to 26.25% of base salary

    • Your Role

  • Lead and oversee all operations within the Emergency Department
  • Drive patient-centered quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Foster collaboration between physicians, nurses, and administration
  • Manage departmental budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics
  • Champion a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
