About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Division Chief Financial Officer to become a key member of our executive leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial strategy and execution for one of our high-growth business units, directly contributing to our mission of accelerating the clean energy transition.

The Division CFO will :

Oversee all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, project finance, accounting, and investor reporting.

Collaborate closely with development, construction, and asset management teams to drive the division’s strategic objectives.

Implement innovative financial strategies that support sustainable growth and strategic partnerships.

Ideal candidates will possess :

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or CPA / CFA is preferred.

12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance.

In-depth knowledge of renewable energy project structures, tax equity, and capital markets.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
