About the Role :

As a Flooring & Design Sales Consultant / Material Selections Coordinator , you’ll bridge the worlds of design, sales, and restoration.

You’ll guide homeowners through material selections after a property loss, help retail customers transform their homes, and work with project managers to ensure every detail runs smoothly — from design concept to delivery.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on relationships, results, and responsibility.

What You’ll Do :

• Drive new flooring, cabinetry, and finish material sales through relationships, referrals, and showroom traffic.
• Meet with insurance restoration clients to review scopes of work, adhere to budgets, and guide them through flooring and finish selections.
• Create 3D cabinet renderings and layout designs that bring each project to life.
• Order materials, manage vendor communication, and notify project managers when deliveries arrive.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs and improve pricing.
• Maintain showroom samples, pricing, and merchandising displays.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to grow our customer base.
