Accounts Payable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Payment Specialist in Finance and Business Services.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with the accounting team to finalize weekly payment release reports

Supervises the Accounts Payable Vendor Management Associate to ensure accurate banking information

Facilitates domestic and international payments and troubleshoots payment issues as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with domestic and international payments and currencies

Proficiency in Excel, Office 365, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Bill.com, and banking platforms

Preferred experience with international nonprofit organizations

Ability to handle confidential matters with poise and tact in a fast-paced environment
