Who You Are

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our operations through effective contract and purchase order management. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate documentation, oversee RFP / RFI processes, and ensure smooth execution across the procurement lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with a business or supply chain background who enjoys structure, process management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Base Salary Range

$100,000-$125,000 USD
