Virtual Financial Sales Advisor – Hybrid

As a Virtual Financial Advisor, youll use your strong sales skills to connect, influence and guide clients toward financial clarity and confidence.
This role is ideal for those who thrive on building relationships and driving results through
consultative selling. You’ll offer purpose-based advice across investments, insurance, banking
and generosity.
No prospecting or marketing is required; instead, youll have access to a large existing client base – many of whom have not connected with an advisor for years and the opportunity to engage your own natural market.
Supported by Thrivent’s commitment to community engagement and a collaborative team
environment, you’ll launch your career with a strong foundation in sales and client service.
Within 24-36 months, you’ll be equipped to join a local financial advisor team or lead your ownpractice.
This is a hybrid role. You’ll work in-office several days a week to build culture and collaborate
with colleagues, while meeting with clients virtually using tools like Zoom. The virtual aspect
refers to how you connect with clients, not where you work from.

Successful Thrivent financial advisors have come from a variety of career backgrounds, including outside sales, account executives, real estate, client services, hospitality or event managers, business development, admissions counselors, fundraisers and similar roles. Skills acquired in these fields transition well into the Virtual Financial Advisor role.
