REQUIRED :

  • WA state license; active, unrestricted
  • Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology; Board Eligible (2-5 years post training).
  • DEA

    • NC / PRES with :

  • Delivery volume over the last 2 years.
  • NPDB self-inquiry report : The NPDB - Home Page (hrsa.gov) + explanations (if applicable).
  • Updated CC (with MM / YY; all gaps over 30-days explained)
  • 4+ shifts per month of availability (weekdays + weekends).

    • COMPENSATION :

  • Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
  • Malpractice insurance provided.

    • SCHEDULE :

  • 24-hour. 14 shifts per block.
