Job Description

Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for a Network Architecture Manager to join our team! We are seeking an Operations and Data Center Manager to join our growing Brightspeed Lab this role you will lead a team of Engineers that support our Principal Network Architects and Operation Support & Guideline Engineers within the overall Network Architecture organization.

The Network Architecture Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Brightspeed Lab and ensuring the successful execution of devices software and application testing activities. This role provides direct leadership to a team of 68 Lab Engineers fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment focused on quality efficiency and timely project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include the following :

• Lead manage and mentor a team of 68 Lab Engineers to ensure completion of daily work tasks and testing activities across devices software and applications.
• Provide onsite coaching guidance and technical support to lab engineers to drive project success and maintain high-quality testing standards.
• Maintain a consistent physical presence at the BTAC to monitor operations oversee workflows and ensure on-time delivery of projects and assigned tasks.
• Ensure adherence to established laboratory practices procedures and processes promoting consistency and compliance across all activities.
• Manage key performance metrics tracking strategic milestones and monthly achievements to support continuous improvement.
• Oversee and manage all physical assets within the Brightspeed Lab ensuring proper maintenance organization and utilization.
