Behavioral Health Patient Scheduler

A. Position Summary

Under the close supervision of the Health Center Manager and in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Director for Integration and Expansion. Schedules referrals and follow up appointments for Behavioral Health providers and a manner that is supportive and responsive to patients.

B. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Patient Reception :

• Updates patient records to verify contact information.
• Provides general information to patients concerning functions of FCCH.
• Answers the telephone and connects callers to the appropriate offices or individual staff.
• Schedules new referrals and return appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
