The Global Communications team tells eBay's story to the world from our purpose and platform innovations to the vibrant communities that make our marketplace thrive. Within this team, the Fashion Communications function focuses on one of eBay's most dynamic and influential verticals.

We champion eBay's leadership in circular fashion and recommerce, bringing our mission to life through creative storytelling and high-impact media engagement.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Fashion Communications to lead communications strategy and storytelling for eBay's global fashion category. This role will define how eBay shows up in the fashion ecosystem spotlighting our trusted assortment and community of buyers and sellers.

The ideal candidate is a communications leader with deep fashion industry experience, established media relationships, and a passion for creativity and culture. You'll be responsible for driving the earned media strategy that positions eBay as a destination for fashion discovery and conscious shopping.

What You'll Do

• Own the Fashion Narrative : Craft and evolve eBay's fashion story to emphasize assortment, trust, and community.
• Lead Integrated Campaigns : Build and execute innovative communications campaigns that highlight eBay's role in the fashion resale economy.
• Drive Earned Media Excellence : Secure consistent coverage across fashion, lifestyle, and business outlets, elevating eBay's visibility and relevance with consumers and industry.
• Build Influencer Partnerships : Partner with creators, stylists, and tastemakers who authentically connect eBay to modern fashion culture.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with the Fashion Business, Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative teams to support major fashion moments and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage Global Agencies : Direct agency partners to execute strategic, on-brand storytelling across markets.
• Spot Trends and Opportunities : Identify fashion and cultural moments where eBay can authentically lead the conversation.

What You'll Bring

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below :

$162,000 - $216,300

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
