The Maids of Omaha — a family-owned local business serving the community for over 45 years — is seeking a dependable, proactive Office Manager to help lead our day-to-day operations and keep everything running smoothly.

This is a dynamic role that requires wearing many hats : scheduling, customer service, HR coordination, and operational oversight.

You’ll be the hub between our office, our cleaning teams, and our clients — making sure everyone feels supported and things get done right.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily schedule of cleaning teams.
• Create efficient routes and schedules based on customer needs, workload, and employee availability.
• Monitor day-to-day activity and proactively solve issues as they arise.
• Provide warm, responsive customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Answer phones and respond promptly to inquiries.
